I spent like 6 straight hours doing petsite commissions last night so I guess I'm just posting them to feel accomplished since the commissioners haven't responded yet. woop!

this cheered me up

had to call 911 for mom last night, she had severe stomach pains and had some trouble breathing. I can't remember the last time i've ever been so frightened of anything. She had thrown up, and she was just...having these horrifying pain moans that thank god she isn't having anymore.


I spent about 13 hours at the hospital with her, she had stabilized many hours earlier but i was still worried. I went home periodically to check on the dog and then came back, eventually she was talkative, normally breathing and whatnot. Now, she's a lot better. She's still at the hospital, but she's admitted into a room and she is evidently liking this treatment better than the other hospital she goes to for her cancer treatments.

My stepfather is there right now, i came home around 9 PM since mom was essentially back to normal. The only thing currently wrong with her right now is that her heart rate is higher than it should be when she does mundane tasks such as using the bathroom. She doesn't feel the stress on her from that, which i guess is good in a way. However, it'd be best if her heart rate would stay relaxed.


I'm a lot more calm now, but yesterday night was one of the scariest things to happen in a long time

So it's the time of year that I'm thinking about upgrading my aging system again scratch that, building a new one from scratch and selling the old one.

I'm not set on any of the parts yet, but I've always had a thing for AMD processors and ATI cards. Plus that one's a very decent mid- to high-range model, which will last me for the next 3ish years or more; gaming, video editing and all that.

I will be upgrading from this:


It still performs nicely but it's showing the years (especially since it's a Dell prebuilt Inspiron 531 that's been upgraded), and I should be able to net at the very least 400 for it in its current state.

COMMENCE THE GEEKERY. Let me know what you'd swap out if you were me, what parts you recommend and where I might've made blunders or chosen something that'll be ancient by the time I plug it in. Love <3

Once you let go of the past, accept it's over, you realize how much better your life really is without all of it. I actually don't think I've ever been this happy and grateful. A number of people have came in to life the past few months and really they helped point out life could be all that better and what happens happened for the best. And really, it is.

Also: to help set the mood I just randomly came across a repository of Hershey's Hugs and Reeses Pieces in my hoodie pocket, I'm in a sugared up happy mood right now awh yeh.
